The Hauser Global Law School Program recognizes that the explosive growth in the number of scholarly resources available online and in print to international legal professionals necessitates the establishment of portal sites through which users of the internet can access, sort through and identify the overwhelming array of international law materials available online. With this in mind, the HGLSP's Global Research Tools section facilitates the efforts of those engaged in the study of global law to more effectively target their research or focus their instruction through its provision of online teaching materials to international law instructors, maintenance of searchable databases for locating particular subject matters within global journals and indexes, provision of linked guides to other online global law resources, and expansion of the European and global law book review programs to enable global professionals to more easily assess the diverse array of regional or international legal publications emerging throughout the year. These major undertakings are the product of numerous partnerships established between the HGLSP and other internationally-focused centers at NYU and throughout the world, and they each illustrate the overarching goal of the HGLSP to capitalize on the knowledge of individual global scholars for the collective benefit of the larger global legal community. The HGLSP encourages legal professionals and scholars to utilize these databases, materials and services and to participate in their further development by submitting book review proposals, suggesting additions to our global databases and lists of links, proposing refinement of search mechanisms or criteria, creating links to HGLSP resources from partner sites, and requesting user-friendly modifications or supplements to posted teaching materials. Please make use of the services provided in the Hauser Global Law School Program's Global Research Tools section and participate in their continuing expansion and development.
